We have some very exciting news to share!  One of our own, Coach Kirk Johnson, has accepted an additional coaching position with the Oakland County Football Club as one of their Assistant Coaches!  We would like to take this opportunity to extend our deepest congratulations to Kirk for this incredible accomplishment.

Kirk noted that this additional coaching position with OCFC is not only a very exciting opportunity for him, but also that more time coaching and playing soccer will help to grow his knowledge of the game at a higher level.

Kirk wishes to thank all those who made this happen: 

“To all Strikers SC players, you are a huge part of this happening!  Thank you for coming to the Friday night conditioning and technical training through the summer and goalie clinic in the fall.  Thank you for participating in the fall season and winter session practices or games.  I am so grateful for all the hard work you have put in so far this season, and I am looking forward to more for the spring season.

To all Strikers SC parents, you are a huge part of this, too!  Thank you for the countless hours of driving, sitting in the car or bleachers to be present at the games, practices and clinics. I am truly grateful for this, and I thank you. 

To all Strikers SC coaches, managers, admin and board members, and especially Jim Pfaff, thank you for having me on board and for allowing me the opportunity to coach the game I love so much.”
